Betivity would like to introduce to you a newly launched online casino especially for US players. The casino we're talking about is BoVegas, operated and owned by SKYLINE MEDIA N.V. Recently started in 2017, this is a Vegas-styled theme that brings the bright lights and exciting action into play. The languages provided are English and French which leads to thinking they are probably mainly focusing on the US, Australia, UK, France, and Canada. BoVegas restricts Israel, Turkey and Eastern European countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Ukraine, and the rest of the bunch.
BoVegas Casino is licensed and regulated in Curacao under license number 1668/JAZ (check their footer for confirmation). Their main high points are the fact that they emulate what it is to play in Las Vegas. Also, the RealTime Gaming Software is a popular provider to have for players from the USA. But we’ll dig into RTG in the next section.
As we mentioned before, BoVegas Casino provides a single gaming software called RealTime Gaming. This software provider focuses mainly on slots games as well as Keno, Bingo, European table Roulette and French Roulette. There is a total of more than 50 random generated games at BoVegas Casino which is not a significant amount. We are getting used to seeing more extensive selections across online casinos nowadays. We hope that they concentrate on finding a bit more softwares so they can provide their players with a bit more casino games.
Live dealer games are absent in BoVegas at the moment which also is not to our liking. We feel that live dealer games are an essential part of any online casino, especially in this day and age.
I can say that the games provided by the RTG (RealTime Gaming) software are mobile friendly. Players can at least use their mobile devices to have some fun while entering their casino.
BoVegas’ customer support is available on live chat and by email. They also have a “Contact Us” page on their menu header where they state some phone numbers to call depending on your country.
Get ready for Betivity’s first rant! I checked out their live chat agent service and I have to say it was one of the worst services up until now. The chat agent was frequently unresponsive, giving incorrect answers and basically not caring about giving out good service. I even tried to email the chat transcript back to us but their feature doesn’t work. Go figure!
Betivity cares a lot about casinos treat their customers. If they treat us bad, we will probably not want to send you over there either. It’s not that difficult to be nice, especially if you are customer service. So, I’ll still finish the review for BoVegas but it’s not going to end well.
There are only two currencies available for a player to choose from: US dollars and Australian dollars. If you as a player, would like to make a deposit, you can do so via Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, Mastercard, Visa and Bank Wire.
If you would like to take your funds out, the minimum amount to do so is 150 dollars which is super high. You can get it done by Visa, Mastercard, Bank Wire, Skrill and Neteller.
They provide players with a couple of match play bonuses on their slots. The first one is a 250% Match Bonus, while their second one is a 300% Match bonus. Both are without max cashout meaning that there is no ceiling to what a player can withdraw. But, before you do so you will need to reach their Wagering Requirements which are 40x.
BoVegas does provide a loyalty program for their players. It is set up into four levels (Play Knight, Royal Elite, Imperial Pro and Vegas Legend) and each provides something different. Players will find anything from cashbacks, unique birthday prizes, higher table limits, cash giveaways and more.
Well, I’ll keep it short. Not a lot of games provided, the games they do have are not that impressive. Hopefully, they can look into more software options and more games. The withdrawal limits are really high which is not very attractive for players. Just to conclude, we hope they better their customer service, it’s tiresome to see bad customer service these days. There is too much competition out there for online casinos to slack off at treating players well.
